Assistant Professor Mohammad Nazmul Haque Shikder Shiblu, son of Mohammad Abdul Jalil Sikder and Mrs. Nazma Begum, was born in 1980 in Narayongonj. He developed a profound passion for the teaching field from his parents who also worked as a teacher. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator in the English department of Manarat International University (MIU). He is also the Moderator of the MIU English Club and Member Secretary of the Antiterrorism Monitoring Cell of MIU. He obtained the Merit Scholarships both in the Primary and Junior Secondary levels. He passed SSC with Star Marks in 1997. He completed his BA (Hons) and MA in English from Dhaka University (DU). Then he started working as an Adjunct Faculty in Bangladesh Institute of Science and Technology. Later on, he worked as a Full Time Lecturer in Dhaka International University (DIU). He has several articles published in national and international research journals and has experience in supervising a few dozen MA in English Thesis Paper. He attended an International Conference on Ethics & Morality for Sustainable Development, on 26-27 October, 2018, at Hotel Le Meridian, Dhaka and presented his paper on Moral Elements in Shakespeare’s Plays: Its Utility in the Moral Development of Students of the English Department in Bangladesh. In different seminars, he presented several papers on different academic topics such as "Understanding Literature in the Light of the Holy Quran", "Dare to Design Your Career with Morality", "Building Your Dream Career", etc. As a researcher, he is profoundly interested in explaining English literature from the Islamic point of view. As a motivational speaker, he delivered a speech in a seminar titled Higher Education and Career Design in the Enam Medical College Auditorium, Savar, Dhaka and also in Zilla Parishad Auditorium, Manikgonj on the aforesaid title.
