An international webinar on “Generating Research Culture among Newgent” was organized by the Department of English of Manarat International University with Government College of Teacher Education (GCTE), University of Kerala, India. The people of interest in the program were Professor Dr. Raheshwari K who is the Principal of the Government College of Teacher Education (GCTE), University of Kerala, India and Dr. Issac Paul, Assistant Professor & Head of the Department of Commerce Education, GCTE at the University of Kerala, India and Editor of Journal of ELT and Education. Professor Dr. Md. Nazrul Islam, the Honorable Vice-Chancellor of MIU was the Chief Guest of the webinar program. The webinar session was chaired by the Head of the Department of English, Mr. Ahmad Mahbub-ul-Alam. The webinar was collaborated by the Journal of ELT and Education (www.jee-bd.com), Hello-Teen Society (Govt. Reg. No: S-13170) and Placement Cell of GCTE, Kerala, India.
